Professional experience
Last 8 years have been focussed on a mixture of pre-sales and project management in revenue assurance, OSS and online charging/policy control areas. Previous to that was a mixture of programming and system administration. Even earlier still I was on the business side of a telecoms company doing various roles from manning the phones to co-ordinating the installations of leased line circuits.
